Changelings new to the city of Las Vegas can discover the location of a Freehold by making a Perception + Kenning roll, difficulty is 10 minus the Freehold's rank score. One success allows a Changeling to sense the general direction of the Freehold, while multiple successes increase the ability to pinpoint a Freehold's location.
It is important to remember that while the Escheat is expected to be upheld, a Freehold is not a Changeling Hotel. People who visit the Freehold are not necessarily given the opportunity to experience an extended stay, and access to the Balefire is not granted to anyone who asks.
